Standard Delivery All orders placed are despatched from our own warehouse or through Amazon. Packaging may differ depending on where you place your order.
All orders placed over £50 will be subject to free delivery in the United Kingdom. All orders below below this threshold will incur a shipping fee of £7.99. Parcels are normally delivered within 3-5 working days and within 1-3 if delivered through Amazon. Next day delivery can also be arranged but it will be at an additional charge. International Delivery
All international orders over £100 pounds be subject to free international delivery. Standard parcels placed on our website take around 2 weeks to reach you after ordering. For any queries regarding shipping please contact us before placing an online order. Orders sent to companies outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and local tax. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order with Mawdo Products Ltd. Mawdo products accepts no responsibility for any of these fees, they will need to be paid by yourself prior to the delivery of your order.
Alternatively, if you opt for a refund Mawdo products would need to deduct shopping and admin fees from the value of the order. Please note you have 14 days before returning our products. The good must be unopened and in its original packaging and everything intact before returning it to us. When returning the goods please repackage the parcel and put in any relevant paperwork. The cost of return postage must be paid for by the customer unless the good are faulty. Please note you will only be refunded for the cost of the goods solely.
